Ki-61 issue in mission 54725

   Hi, in mission http://wwiilogs.com/WTstats/Mission.asp?MissionID=54725, a user in a Ki-61-I otsu (BR 2.3, vehicle #709) has been recorded in the OSS as a Ki-61-I hei (BR 4.7, vehicle #128) which has dragged up the BR for the whole mission. Actual top BR was 2.7. I can send a screenshot of the plane in question, but it's clearly the Otsu version.
